Despite today’s technology, “nonna” Francesca always uses her fireplace to cook. When you walk into her house, the aroma makes you hungry immediately and then she asks the question: “Mangiasti?” (Have you eaten?) and you just can’t say no to her!
This culture is replicated at Mangiasti Restaurant because a meal is not just a chance to fill up, but an opportunity to gather, share, talk and disconnect from the distractions of the outside world.
